At Underneath, we want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we have made our return process as simple and hassle-free as possible.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item within 7 days of delivery provided:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and labels are intact
- The item is not from our sale or clearance category
- The item is not a bra or underwear (for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel cannot be returned unless defective)
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:
- WhatsApp: Send us a message with your order number and reason for return
- Email: Contact us through the details on our Contact page
Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable courier service as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.
Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 2-3 business days. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your return via WhatsApp or email.
Non-Returnable Items
- Bras and underwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale and discounted items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
