Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • You received a defective or damaged item
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your approved return has been received and inspected
  • Your order was cancelled before dispatch

Refund Methods

Refunds are processed through the following methods:

  • Store Credit: Available immediately upon return approval — valid for 6 months
  • Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash: Processed within 5-7 business days after return approval

Refunds are not issued back to credit/debit cards at this time. Customers will be contacted to confirm preferred refund method.

Refund Timeline

  • Return received and inspected: 2-3 business days
  • Refund approval notification: Same day as inspection completion
  • Refund processed to your account: Within 5-7 business days of approval

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Bras and underwear (non-returnable for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Change of mind after the item has been dispatched (exchange may be offered instead)

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp. Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled but may be returned as per our Return Policy.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or colour where stock is available. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. Exchange shipping costs may apply.
